  • How can you offer such low rates?

    Did you know most telecom companies offer commissions of up to 60%? By offering direct service, we can pass these savings to you.

  • How reliable is UniVoxx?

    UniVoxx is 99.9999% reliable. We've built an ultra-reliable service designed with the latest technology. Over the last 5 years, we've maintained higher reliability than some of the largest telecom providers in the United States.

  • What internet is required?

    If you already have had VoIP phones, your internet connection should be more than enough. If not, we recommend at least 0.25Mbps per active call, ten active calls would be 2.5Mbps download and upload.


    Additionally, we'll provide our recommended settings for your network. While they aren't required, they will resolve any potential audio quality issues.

  • What areas do you service?

    We offer service in the Contiguous United States. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us to see how we may be able to assist.

  • Who installs our phones?

    We have several pricing options, but our lowest prices include self-installation. Basic installation requires plugging in the handset, phone base, internet cable, and power cable. Once plugged in, the phone will automatically configure itself and can be managed in the UniVoxx portal going forward.


    If requested, we can provide white-glove installation, and set you up with a UniVoxx approved partner to help with an on-site installation.

  • How does pricing work with multiple locations?

    As long as we can provide you with one bill and your locations are in the same state, we can combine them. 

  • Do all phones need to be the same?

    No! Feel free to mix and match all you wish. For simplicity, we recommend having the same phones; however our system will work with whatever phones you choose!

  • I own a Toll-Free number, can I bring it?

    Unfortunately, to keep our service price low for everyone, we do charge $0.02/minute for all calls made to your Toll-Free number. If you use more than 100,000 inbound toll-free minutes, let us know! We might be able to offer cheaper pricing.

  • Who makes changes to our phones?

    The beauty of our system is its simplicity. We'll set up your system, show your team how to make changes, and make sure it's operating perfectly. We're here to help show you the ropes again for a minimal fee, but our goal is for you to oversee your phones!

  • What happens if we lose power or internet?

    Just because your office goes down, doesn't mean your phone system will go down. We've seen almost everything, so if you're looking for a custom solution, let us know, we can easily help. Our most popular solutions include:

    1. Alternate Routing - We can detect your phones are offline, and send calls elsewhere (alternate physical location, remote phones, voicemail box, etc.)
    2. Relocate Phones - Bring your phones home! If you still have power & hard-wired internet at home, your phones can work there. 
    3. Softphones - Use our iOS/Android or macOS/Windows apps to make and receive calls. 
    4. Change the main greeting - In 30-seconds you can update your greeting in the UniVoxx portal to inform callers that your office is closed, and how they can reach you in the event of an emergency.
